Specific duties include direct supervision of ten general managers who oversee each facility and ensure that all corporate marketing, operational and financial goals of the corporation are properly implemented at the facility level.
In addition, Senior Vice Presidents are responsible for developing corporate strategic plans including capital and operations budgets, long-range marketing programs, short-term sales programs and operational efficiency programs including the establishment of a sophisticated nationwide management information network.

Responsible for the management of four companies with 13 branch offices which generated approximately $22 million in annual revenues. Duties included supervision of four general managers and ensuring that corporate polices and procedures were properly implemented at each facility. Also responsible for developing area marketing strategies, generating operational and financial efficiencies and ensuring that functions concerning the company, the industry, and business in general was properly shared among all facilities in the area.

Developed a company to sell franchises for respiratory therapy companies specializing in IPPBs. Sold 21 franchises across the country in six months. Sold out to partner after first year. Of the 21 franchises purchased for $10,000 each in 1977, five were later sold for $1 million to $5 million each.

The pharmacy had been in operation for over 30 years with annual revenues of $110,000. In three years, increased volume to $250,000 with an increase in earnings over 300 percent.
